Do all sets use official lego parts?
Yes, all sets use official lego parts. Sets contain a majority, if not all new pieces. However, used pieces are sometimes necessary. I buy all my parts from bricklink and unfortunately new parts are sometimes unavailable for a certain piece. When this happens we have to use a used piece, especially if it ensures accuracy of the set. No parts will be badly damaged or yellowed or show signs of wear. If you happen to get a part that is like that, please fill out this form.
Instructions for sets:
All sets have PDF instructions. QR codes are included in all sets. Once you get the set you'll be able to scan the QR code and your instructions will pop up on a FREE app called dropbox.

What if a set has a different color than on the item picture?
Very few sets have slightly differently colors than on product's picture. This is due to rarity of parts. Sometimes a part gets super rare on Bricklink, where I purchase all my parts, so rather than increasing cost by sometimes 50%, a product's piece may be slightly color changed to keep cost down. Please keep this in mind when ordering and if you have any questions about it feel free to reach out!

What if my order or set is missing a part or piece?
Please contact me right away on either instagram or at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will make sure you get the missing pieces sent out to you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment PayPal as well as every major credit/debit card, Apple Pay, amazon pay and more!

How soon will my order be delivered?
Currently orders can take up to 28 business days to ship due to how many orders I have been getting.
The United States Postal Service offers two regular mail delivery services, First Class and Priority Mail. First Class mail is typically delivered within two to eight business days for domestic orders, depending on the location. Priority Mail is typically delivered within one to five business days. This excludes international orders which take considerably longer, 1-2 weeks and are harder to track when shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
How do I track my package?
We send tracking numbers via email to every customer as soon as a package ships. It may take up to 24 hours for these numbers to be initially updated within each respective carrier’s tracking system. To track standard shipment in the USA and international orders, please visit USPS.com with your tracking number. Email is sent from either PayPal or from us directly when the order is fulfilled.
How much does it cost to ship internationally?
For most mini-figure purchases shipping will be 5 dollars. However, shipping costs are based on size, weight, and final destination of the package. There are five shipping methods available for international orders which are USPS First Class International Mail, USPS Priority International Mail, UPS, and DHL. To configure these costs please fill your cart and go through the motions of checking-out to find out how much each option will cost. For all international orders, I strongly suggest shipping via USPS First Class (if you want to save money), UPS, or DHL, due to more accurate tracking information and insurance up to $200 USD.
Please note, depending on which country your order is shipping to there may be customs fees and duties associated with the successful delivery of your items.

Do I cancel orders?
NO. Once an order is placed, I do not cancel orders.
What happens if my set is missing pieces or yellowed?
Mistakes happen. If your order has missing or used parts, please contact us ASAP so we can fix the issue.
What is your return policy?
Unless the item comes broken, I do not do returns. You no longer liking the item or not liking the item you got in a blind bag is not a reason for a return. However, if there's something wrong with your order, please reach out to me so I can fix it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. UNLESS the set is missing 50% of the pieces or over 50% of the parts are used badly, I do not accept returns. I am happy to fix your issue though if you have one with a set, so please reach out if you are having any issues.
Please email email@example.com prior to attempting a return. Once I have spoken with you regarding the return I will give you a return address.
We cannot issue returns for products that have been built, played with too hard, and show signs of wear and tear or products that are not for sale in our current catalog.
What happens if a package is lost in the mail?
If you are worried about a package being lost in the mail, I highly recommend purchasing signature confirmation or insurance on the package. I am not responsible for lost packages domestically or internationally.
