REPUBLIC BRICKS

My name is Timothy Sterkel and I am the founder and owner of Republic Bricks.

I started building LEGOs back in 2009, when I was 9 years old. I started selling LEGOs in 2013 to make money -- to buy more LEGOs. I debuted as a LEGO Star Wars MOC page, and eventually transitioned over to RepublicBricks. Through the account RepublicBricks, I became the first creator to hold live Instagram auctions and super sales on my story.

Due to the growing nature of this company, I recruited my dad, Mike, to work full time for Republic Bricks. We also have a team of about 10-15 in our new warehouse, in charge of sorting parts for the sets and printing figures for your sets!

TIMOTHY STERKEL

While I am incredibly passionate about my business, I also have dedicated my life to God, family, and maintaining my physical health. I lived my whole life in Southern California and for tax purposes we have located our business to Jupiter, Florida! No state income tax!  I am an avid runner. In high school, I ran a 4:11 mile and won a division title. I also ran D1 cross country at Arizona State University before transferring back home to run and focus on my business. I continued my education, faith, and athletic career at the Master's University -- before deciding to focus on RB full time.
